The Saint Vincent de Paul Society is a Catholic, non-profit organization whose goal is to help the poor in spirit and downtrodden. The group has been active in the Group 327 Parish for many years and membership is open to adult members of the parish. Activities include two clothing drives per year, collection of food for the needy, visitation and distribution of the Eucharist to those in the hospital and nursing homes. The Society also assists families monetarily when they may require more than what the West Hills Food Pantry can provide. Since funds are limited, assistance is typically short term and judged on a case-by-case basis. For more information, contact the Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
