CHRISTIAN MEDITATION GROUP

- FAITH FORMATION

Christian Meditation Group at St. Margaret Mary Parish Meets each Tuesday evening at 7pm in the Church Cry Room
The format of this weekly group meeting is simple and the meeting is about 45 minutes to one hour.

It consists of three essential elements:
- Time for teaching (a tape or talk)
- 25-30 minutes of meditation in silence
- time for questions or sharing
Key elements of this group focus on:
- Deepening spiritual friendship
- Spiritual hospitality
- And Learning meditation.
Featured readings include: Fr. John Main and Fr. Lawrence Freeman.
